LOCAL CONTEST: GUAM
The District Court of Guam will conduct a local contest to select finalists for the circuit-wide competition. To enter the local contest, students must reside in Guam. Local winners in each category also will receive prizes of $300 for 1st place, $200 for 2nd place, and $100 for 3rd place.
